I am certified to provide therapeutic services in the state of MA, including telehealth and in-person appointments, located in downtown Boston.

Individual Therapy
Our work together will move at a pace that feels respectful, and attuned to you. Early sessions often focus on getting to know one another — what brings you here, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping might shift or come into clearer focus. People seek therapy for many reasons, including when anxiety or low mood feel difficult to move through, when self-doubt or disconnection feels overwhelming, or when life transitions raise questions about identity, direction, or meaning.
Sessions are conversational and shaped by curiosity. Together, we’ll pay attention to patterns in thoughts, emotions, relationships, and lived experiences, nothing how these patterns may have developed and how they continue to influence your day to day life. This work may include exploring how you relate to yourself, how you navigate academic or professional roles, and how both internal and external expectations shape your sense of self.
Couples Therapy
Our work together will center on creating a space where both partners feel heard, respected, and understood. Early sessions often focus on learning about your relationship considering what brought you together, what feels challenging right now, and what you hope might shift. There is room for multiple perspectives, and we move at a pace that supports safety and openness for both of you.
Sessions are collaborative and relational, with attention to the patterns that emerge between you in how you communicate, navigate conflict, express needs, and seek connection. Some sessions may feel stabilizing and clarifying, while others invite deeper reflection and emotional exploration.

Over time, many people find that therapy helps them feel more connection to themselves, feel clearer about their needs, and more able to navigate relationships and life transitions with greater self understanding.
